The location was perfect - the drive to the ski resorts was incredibly easy, which made our daily snowboarding trips hassle-free. The town itself is charming with plenty of character. After long days on the slopes, coming back to relax in the hot tub was absolutely perfect. As a bonus, the PlayStation provided great entertainment for downtime in the evenings. Original listing advertised a hot tub however upon arrival the hot tub was frozen and not operating. Reached out to the property manager who advised that it wasn’t part of the listed amenities (there are signs in the house for hot tub use)…I went back to the listing and it had been updated removing the hot tub language from the listing. We should have been informed that the hot tub was not working so we could have made other arrangements. I asked for a discounted rate and was given an insignificant discount. I understand that every owner has a right to keep their house how they like, however the listing information and photos need to match. We booked a house with a hot tub and no hot tub. There is completely different furniture in the house, not nearly as nice as the furniture posted. Séjour de 4 nuits en avril 2023 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Brandy Y. 16 déc. 2021 Points faibles : Propreté #### Unhealthy Level of Cleanliness I’m not sure why I was charged an outrageous cleaning fee, as it doesn’t seem it’s being used. There was pink mold all over the shower curtain downstairs, which forced us to use the tiny shower upstairs. It was unfortunate and annoying, but at least there was only two of us so it worked ok. However, if we had used the max capacity of the cabin, this would have caused a considerable problem. The most disturbing part was that there was a huge white-ish, sticky stain on the inside of the living room coffee table/dining table when you folded it out to the larger size. I’m not sure what the mess was, but I sincerely hope it wasn’t what it looked like, if you catch my drift. Lastly, I had contacted an employee about a refund for the hot tub fee as it was mentioned that the hot tub was not available for use. I was told it would be looked into, but I never heard back. I personally don’t think I should pay an additional fee for a specific amenity if that amenity is unavailable. I don’t think this canon is worth the money you pay to use it. ##### Brandy Y. Very clean, very comfortable, had everything we needed (other than a coffee pot but Starbucks is only about 10-15 minutes away). That created quite bit of inconvenience since we relied on that information to plan activities. The ice in the back patio needs to be removed, patio might collapse. I had a group of 8 this weekend and the space fit everyone very nicely! Overall the house is very clean. The hot tub is a great addition, though it's a bit on the smaller end and fitting 8 people was difficult. The upstairs shower also did not get hot for some reason, so we all had to share the downstairs shower/tub. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there was a lack table that turned into a dining room table that we could all use. Overall a very nice place to host! ##### Kimmy P.
