There is additional sleeping for many more downstairs. The construction is recent and the kitchen has everything. The location is perfect. The house is at the end of the row, there is a modern Raleigh's supermarket nearby, Truckee is close in one direction and Northstar and other ski resorts the other direction. Loved being right on the bike trail, we cycled to Northstar and downtown Truckee. Easy to get to the grocery store and a variety of restaurants. Short drive to get to activities in various locations around North Lake. The upstairs air-conditioning was a bonus during a hot week.
