This home is within walking distance to the Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Resort for winter enthusiasts and is only minutes from some of the best hiking and biking in the area for summer adventures. Not to mention year-round access to the Tahoe Donner amenities that include a community pool, hot tub, and private beach access. This spacious home is perfect for extended families or small groups. The first floor has an open living space with a wet bar and flat-screen tv making it perfect for game days or cozy movie nights around the wood-burning fireplace. The large kitchen is ideal for any chef with double ovens, a center island, and more than enough room to create a masterpiece. This home has two dining areas that create the perfect space for entertaining and those large family get-togethers. A convenient 3/4 bathroom can also be found on the first floor. The large open back yard is perfect for kids and families to play outside. Kids can enjoy snow play right outside the back door. Build a snowman, slide down the hill or make snow angels with your kids without having to leave your comfy lodge. On the second floor, you will find a game area with a foosball table that overlooks the living area. It is definitely the best house in Tahoe that we have rented. The layout was perfect for the variety of ages we had. Everyone was able to find a spot to relax or play games and not feel like we were on top of each other. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked and roomy enough for several people to be cooking at once. We will definitely return to this home. ##### Mike R. The layout of the bedrooms is a little funky but we made it work. The downstairs living space is really nice for a large group to hang out together. The kitchen is well stocked. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner there. The double ovens are a nice touch. There’s plenty of seating for a large amount of people. The backyard was covered in snow when we were there and it was so fun! The yard is flat and then has a small hill down to a meadow so the kids built a sled run off the back of the property and the smaller kids built a snowman. The dogs ran in the snow. There aren’t any other houses behind the property so it makes for a private feel. The only suggestion is more blankets and pillows!! It might not matter as much during the summer but in the winter this is a must! ##### Kristin D.
