It was very clean, all appliances work as they should. There is a fun sledding hill just few minutes away from the house and we even walked through knee deep snow to Glenshire pizza for dinner one night. Bring snowshoes :) Both Erika and Alex were exceptionally helpful when we needed something, like help getting unstuck during heave snowfall or figuring out the accommodation for an extra night when I80 closed for travel. I wanted to keep this place as our little secret but the world deserves to know about this little gem of a place to stay in Truckee. Thank you Erika and Alex! We hope to be back! ##### Anna T. It’s about 10 min to downtown Truckee, and an easy drive.
