Charming apartment in the heart of Bouchon de Champagne, Place de la Mairie, this ideally located accommodation offers a breathtaking view of the Troy city centre.  
Welcome to my apartment which will be yours for the duration of your stay.   
You will be seduced by its volumes, its light, its large glass arch with a bird's eye view of Trojan life and the magnificent emblematic facades that make Troyes' reputation.  
 All not overlooked: exceptional in the city center.  
Au Cœur de Ville, as its name indicates, is in the heart of the lively center of Troyes, therefore close to all amenities.   
Spacious and functional accommodation of 51m2.  
On the 2nd floor of a Hausmannian style building, entry is by digital code.  
The accommodation includes:   
 \* an entrance, coat rack,  
 \* equipped kitchen: oven, ceramic hob, hood, microwave, electric kettle, pod coffee makers and another for ground coffee, teapot, toaster, tea ball, crockery, (water glasses, wine glasses, flutes, dishes miscellaneous, pans, saucepans...) (bowls, cups, walls, coffee cup...)

Table and 2 chairs  
 \* living room: table, 4 chairs, sofa bed for 2 people, double glazing, armchair, shelf, 40-inch television, 180 channels, free fiber WiFi, opaque curtains, tourist leaflets and map of Troyes, and parking.  
 \* a bedroom: 160 cm bed with memory foam mattress topper, dressing table, 2 bedside tables, 1 futon sofa measuring 90×200 m., double-glazed windows equipped with shutters and double opaque curtains, large built-in cupboard with wardrobe, ironing board, iron, folding baby bed.  
 \* bathroom: bathtub with shower screen, sink, towel radiator, hair dryer.
