The room was clean, bed comfortable and the welcome and information at reception was very good. (We have a decent level of french so was conducted in french). Breakfast was good with hot options. Most guests were older couples like ourselves. There is a little road noise, but it’s not intrusive. The heating controls in the room were easy to use. We have regular stop overs in Troyes and have stayed in other B&B hotels as they are generally reliable- we will definitely be back to stay in this one."
