County getaway with great views, near Troy University for family in for a visit. Fun for kids with games and pool table. Horses in front of house that love to be petted and played with.  
  
The "Whatley House" welcomes guests with 3 porches. 4 large bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom features a king side bed & a beautiful en suite. Other bedrooms include a total of 3 full size beds & a toddler bed. Fully furnished living room. Grand kitchen stocked with all the tools needed to prepare meals. 2 beautiful dining spaces. Laundry room with washer & dryer. Game room with pool table & lounging area. A short 8 mile drive to Troy University and Downtown Troy, AL.

The Whatley House is located in a quiet rural area surrounded by pine trees.
