This property boasts a private courtyard complete with comfortable seating and lighting for nighttime enjoyment. Our game room offers board games for fun as well as a cabinet stocked with puzzles and playing cards - everything you need to unwind. The downstairs front room is perfect for relaxing with a book from our small alcove library. Visiting for work? Take advantage of our workroom that contains plenty of areas for productivity and also, lamps complete with charging ports to keep you going. Our walls are graced with the prints of famous British textile designer, William Morris as well as Troy’s own, John Emmett Connors. Mr. Connors’s iconic prints are spread throughout the unit and our downstairs living room coffee table has a book devoted to his work. First floor common areas and amenities are available to all guests. Unit 2 - The Loft This third-floor unit is a spacious and fabulous 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of downtown Troy. With a queen bed, a murphy bed and a convertible sectional, this cool space is perfect for small groups. Enjoy the convenience of a well-equipped kitchen and dinner seating for 6\. Access to a full on-site laundry room will make any length of stay comfortable. Walkable to RPI, downtown restaurants and shops. NOTE: The entire 5th and Grand property can be rented. The only downside is the location- some loitering around and not as safe. When people stayed at the apartment below we could hear them late at night. Not a huge deal, as we were mostly there alone.
