This 70 m² apartment, on the 4th floor with elevator of a listed building, comprises :  
  
\- a large living area with a lounge, including a double sofa bed, and a dining room separated by a movable partition,  
\- a fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),  
\- bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm) and desk area,  
\- a large bathroom with bath and shower,  
\- separate WC,  
\- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,  
\- two fans (in bedroom and living room),
