The lady who welcomed us in the reception spoke English and German, one lady in the restaurant spoke German - but the others we met seemed to panic by the language challenge. "I don’t usually rate the hotels I’ve stayed in because I’ve generally always been satisfied. Most the front desk staff were not very friendly and helpful and at times I would have to wait for them to get off of their handy/mobile to help me. When we checked in and went to our room, there was vomit stains on the side of the base of one of the beds. I went down and asked them if they could clean it and they say “right away”. We stayed four nights and it was still not cleaned. When the cleaning person came to eventually clean it (on the very last day), she was however very friendly and very nice and apologetic. I don’t think she received a message to clean it from the front desk. The staff quite often stands at the front of the building smoking and to enter the building, you always have to walk through their cloud of smoke. Price was good so I suppose I received what I paid for. "
