"At first glance the property was just what we needed. We have an infant child that doesnt sleep well so she needed her own space and this place provided that opportunity. The issue is, only one electical outlet worked in the whole unit. It was in the restroom. The kitchen was useless at this point. No fridge. No kettle. "The staff was amazing! Everyone was helpful and attentive. The rooms were clean, can't complain there. The only thing that I would have wanted would have been a greater variety of food at the buffet restaurant other than that the Views were amazing from my room. Overall I had a very good experience at this resort. The activities at the pool were a lot of fun as well. One Last thing, if you are planning on a relaxing stay, this might not be the hotel for you, we stayed Friday through Monday and every night there was Disco Club night so there was music playing until 12 midnight and the next day, Saturday, until 1 am. I was traveling with my elderly parents so this was something we didn't like."

"We loved our time at Tres.Muejeres. Troncones is. Quiet town and relaxing is a premium. Most staff were wonderful. Housekeeping was great and helpful as was front desk staff (wish I remembered names - one nice gentleman didnt speak English, but with my little Spanish we managed - the other was new and spoke English). However, there were moments the entire staff would congregate on the common areas and it seemed they were talking about us. They looked at us, laughed, and said some words that I could understand. Maybe its important for the entire staff to treat guests well,especially when I am trying with Spanish. If it were reverse, I would help and not laugh and speak as though they don't think I understand. This did not take away from our enjoyment and relaxation. We would return!"

"This is one of my favourite lodgings. What makes this property unique is the staff, from service in recreational areas, cleaning, entertainment and restaurant service, everyone is eager to help guests. The place is clean y well kept, although facilites are older. Beach access is great, and there is also accessibility to walk to Playa Linda and visit Ixtapa Island. Amazing place and looking forward to my next stay!"
