We are a short 4km drive from the Town of Tronadora where you can find restaurants, grocery, cafe's, bakeries, a fruit and vegetable stand and a butcher. For a greater selection, we are a quick 20-minute drive to Tilaran. You will have the entire main level and loft of this private home to yourselves. As our guest, you also have full access to the outstanding amenities within our secure, gated community, Vistas Del Lago. At the heart of our community is “The Hive,” a welcoming space designed for relaxation and connection. Community amenities include: \* A beautiful saltwater pool with a stunning waterfall \* A luxurious community hot tub \* Spacious patios for soaking up the sun \*\*\*Please note there is a separate guest suite on the lower level with its own separate driveway and entrance that may be rented at the same time as you have the main level home\*\*\* This home enjoys a main floor master suite with King-size bed and ensuite bath. There is an additional half-bath on the same floor. A loft upstairs with reclining sofa and chairs, overlooks the main floor and also has a queen size bed with pull out queen size trundle. 1 King size beds and 2 queen size beds and the availability of up to 2 additional rollaway cots allows this home to accommodate up to 8 guests in total. A vehicle is recommended should you decide to visit us. However, we have had guests who came without one, and we can recommend driving services to get you out and about as needed. We are only 3 miles from the picturesque town of Tronadora, with the prettiest park in Guanacaste. Here, you can find everything you need, including a grocery store, butcher, bakery, liquor, two restaurants, and a bar for those looking for nightlife. It is an easy 1.5-hour drive from Liberia Airport and 3 hours from San Jose. If you arrive in San Jose with less than 3 hours of daylight, we recommend staying near the airport and getting a fresh start in the morning. Most roads are paved but not well-marked, with many twists and turns. We have plenty of parking areas. The enclosed community was peaceful and gardens manicured. We could see the volcano from the house and do a lot of fishing, hiking and sightseeing.
