### sea view apartment on the Caribbean

Rental of a Type 2 apartment named "AKATE" that can accommodate 4 people (1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed), it is located on the 3rd floor of a private residence (18 apartments) with swimming pool equipped with a Jacuzzi corner free access.  
  
It is located in the town of Trois Îlets at the Pointe du Bout - Anse Mitan and offers a magnificent view over the bay of Fort de France and Pitons du Carbet in the background.  
  
Ideally located 200 m from the beach, the Creole village and all its shops, the Casino, the Marina where you can find all the water sports activities (excursions, diving, etc ...) and the maritime shuttles to go to downtown Fort de France and also go to the other Anses of the Commune of the three Îlets.  
  
This apartment has:  
  
\- a dining area with a table and 4 wooden chairs  
\- a kitchen with a fridge freezer, a hob, a microwave, a mini oven and a washing machine and all cutlery, pots, pans, plates, glasses and various dishes and salad bowls, etc .;  
\- a lounge area equipped with a sofa bed and its coffee table, a TV (channels TNT Local), WiFi;  
\- a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and WC;  
\- an air-conditioned bedroom containing a king size bed 160/200, 2 bedside tables and a wardrobe;  
  
The linen is provided (Sheets, Towels and bath), you also have a drying rack, an iron and its table;  
  
Parking is private;  
  
We are at your disposal for any requests for photos and additional information.
