"We arrived late and needed an early shuttle to the airport. Tony stayed late to greet us and to ensure that our shuttle was scheduled and secure. He went the extra mile by walking us to the shuttle pick up spot which was Les than 1 city block away. We were unaware that the whole area was only for pedestrians but pushing our luggage wasn’t too difficult. Some of the roads are in distress and it is obvious that they are currently being addressed.
