It is also internationally recognised for its environmental quality, proudly flying the prestigious ‘Blue Flag’ every year.  
  
The villa, with its high-quality materials and covered with typical local stone, is newly built and it is situated in a recently developed residential area. It offers the perfect solution for those who wish to enjoy a vacation filled with comfort, privacy, and tranquility, without sacrificing the convenience of having many dining options along the bay and the vibrant town center of Isola Rossa, with all services. The town is about 1000 meters away and can be reached either by a ten-minute walk or just a couple of minutes by car.  
  
For those seeking an exclusive seaside villa with a pool, this property, with its refined modern style, is definitely the ideal choice!  
The villa is surrounded by a well-maintained garden with large panoramic terraces, including the one with the exclusive private pool, surrounded by a relaxation area with sun loungers and outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying meals and socializing outdoors.

This stunning villa for rent, just a few steps from La Marinedda beach, is spread over two independent levels.  
On the lower floor, there is a spacious living area equipped with a sofa bed and Smart TV, a double bedroom, and a large bathroom with a big shower.  
A ramp running along the villa's walls leads to the upper floor, where the pool, with its breathtaking sea view, overlooks the unmistakable skyline of the nearby town and its ancient Aragonese tower.  
  
Right in front of the pool, large glass doors open up to the house, offering a seamless spatial continuity between the indoor living room and the covered and equipped outdoor veranda, perfect for enjoying delightful aperitifs and exquisite dinners at sunset.  
Continuing inside, the living room leads to the dining area with an open-plan kitchen. This kitchen, modern and minimalist in design, is fully equipped with induction cooktops, a generously sized worktop, a convection oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and an espresso coffee machine.  
  
The sleeping area is separated from the other rooms by a hallway leading to three double bedrooms: two with sea views and one overlooking the surrounding greenery, each with its own en-suite bathroom.  
  
The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi and is air-conditioned in all rooms except the lower level.  
Completing the property are a service room used as a laundry and five parking spaces adjacent to the villa, an invaluable convenience that adds to the villa's comfort, ensuring a stress-free holiday experience!
