Clad in pink granite and featuring a distinctive garden roof, two key elements that perfectly integrate the property into the Mediterranean landscape, the villa offers spatial and visual continuity with the surrounding nature. Villa Il Rosso di Tramonto is located in Portobello di Gallura, an exclusive residential park that includes a small market for basic necessities. Access is reserved exclusively for residents, creating a relaxing and private atmosphere—perfect for a rejuvenating holiday amid the many beautiful coves nestled along this coast. From the villa, you can even walk to the sandy beach of Baia dell'Amore, just 350 meters away. Baia Rosa, Baia dell'Uomo, and the famous Lu Culumbu beach are just a few of the many beaches you can visit during your stay in Portobello. \===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION ===== The villa consists of two distinct units and can accommodate up to 10 guests thanks to its five bedrooms. The main building features a bright living area with a large lounge and panoramic windows opening onto the outdoor spaces, furnished with comfortable sun loungers, armchairs, and outdoor tables. The independent, well-equipped kitchen invites you to unleash your culinary creativity—perhaps by taking part in a private cooking class. To the left of the entrance, a corridor leads to the sleeping area: a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, two twin rooms, each with a single bed and a pull-out bed that can be joined to form a double, and a third bedroom with a bunk bed (single below, queen above). A bathroom with shower completes this area. Large windows fill the villa with natural light and allow you to enjoy the sea view from inside. A separate guesthouse with its own entrance from the garden hosts the fifth bedroom—a double with en suite bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is present in all rooms of the main building except one of the twin bedrooms. The guesthouse does not have air conditioning. Built directly on the cliff, the villa offers direct access to the nearby beach, where you can enjoy stunning seaside sunsets that will make your Sardinian stay truly unforgettable. Sehr gut eingerichtete Küche, es hat alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Mit Bodenheizung auch für Nebensaison geeignet. Der felsige Strand lädt zum Auskundschaften und Klettern ein. Sicher ein Paradies auch zum Schnorcheln und Tauchen (Ende April war das Wasser noch zu kalt). Leider war der Jacuzzi defekt. Wir haben es sehr genossen, vielen Dank auch an Rina für die freundliche und unkomplizierte Übergabe/Abgabe der Villa. ##### Philip L. It’s location beside the sea is stunning. The patio and floor to ceiling glass doors allowed us to take full advantage of the amazing views. We were able to see both sunrises and sunsets. We snorkeled and explored the waters right outside our door and walked a short distance to the sandy beach daily. We cooked at home all but one night and had everything we needed. Rina was friendly and helpful and responded quickly to our needs. We highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone visiting Sardinia. ##### Diana C. Das Haus selbst ist wirklich wunderschön, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Sardinia Unlimited hatte uns großzügig mit Wein und Sardiniensüßigkeiten begrüßt. Il mare proprio di fronte e sempre davanti ai nostri occhi, abbiamo goduto quindi di una vista impagabile per non parlare poi dei tramonti spettacolari a cui abbiamo assistito sorseggiando un buon bicchiere di vino.
