Discover your next home atop Westhaven's serene Moonstone Heights, where the charm of Trinidad, California blends seamlessly with breathtaking ocean views. Introducing our single-story, stand-alone home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms at Ferncrest Rd, a meticulously renovated gem available from March 1. This home stands on approximately 1 acre of land with 1900 sq. ft. of thoughtfully designed living space.  
  
Step inside to find a spacious living room illuminated by natural light, highlighting the original redwood plank walls and vaulted ceiling. Relax on our comfy couches and enjoy the panoramic ocean views or watch your favorite shows and movies on our 65" Smart TV. Though our home offers a private setting, you can be as connected as you like with our reliable StarLink internet service.  
  
The primary suite has a king-size bed, two standard closets, an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and ocean vistas. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen-size beds, standard closets, nightstands, and dressers. Bathroom 2 has a bathtub/shower and double vanity.  
  
The kitchen is equipped with a full-size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove and oven, coffee maker, and toaster. Within the open dining area is a table for 12 from which you can enjoy your meals alongside stunning ocean views.  
  
Relax outside on our furnished patio, deck, and front yard that are perfect for quiet contemplation amidst nature or outdoor entertaining. There is an attached double-car garage, security Ring cameras, and ample off-street parking.  
  
This home is positioned at the road's end with gated entry, ensuring privacy and serenity. You'll be walking distance to Moonstone Beach and close to local shopping, grocery stores, parks, and restaurants.  
  
Pets are welcome upon approval; please contact the owner with inquiries. Fully renovated from the ground up, everything inside this residence is brand new, waiting for you to make cherished memories.
