Hot-water radiant heat, thermostat-controlled in each room. TV and internet available, dishwasher, street parking, or park in driveway. Lots of trees, sidewalk out front. Garage for storing bikes, kayaks, etc, only. No parking in garage. Walk to downtown, visitor center, grocery, historic places, Trinidad Reservoir has great fishing, just west of town. Three hours from Santa Fe New Mexico - 1 and 1/2 hour to Taos - Beautiful Sangre de Cristo Mountains nearby, Santa Fe Trail came right through town. Town dates from the 1600s, located on the Purgatoire (Purgatory) River. It was perfect size and very comfortable for my husband, myself and our two pups. We were there to attend a memorial service at the cemetery.
