The Casa Crap Sogn Barcazi is a cozy apartment house located in Trin, 5 km from Flims, Switzerland. Situated at an altitude of 876 meters, this four-story property offers a central and quiet location on a sunny slope. With amenities like Internet WiFi and parking available, this vacation rental provides a comfortable stay for your holiday.

The property's location offers easy access to various outdoor activities. Skiers can enjoy the nearby skiing area, just 6 km away, with slopes, ski schools, and cross-country ski tracks within a 3 km radius. For hikers, the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Tektonikarena Sardona and the Ruinalta/Rheinschlucht hiking trails are nearby attractions.  
  
Other Information  
The Casa Crap Sogn Barcazi features a storage room for skis and shared laundry facilities with a washing machine and tumble dryer. A 4x4 car is recommended during the winter months due to the mountain road access. Grocery stores, restaurants, and a bus stop are conveniently located within 300 meters of the property, while the railway station at Reichenau-Tamins is 5 km away.

Unit Layout  
You will find the "Panorama da muntognas", a 2-room apartment with an area of 59 square meters on the 1st floor. This apartment was recently renovated in 2023, offering comfortable and cozy furnishings. The living/dining room features a double sofa bed (140 cm) and cable TV (flat screen). There is an exit leading to the balcony from this room. Additionally, there is one room equipped with a double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), also with an exit to the balcony.  
  
Amenities Included  
The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, steamer, raclette grill, and a fondue set (chinoise, cheese). The apartment also has a bath/WC. Outside, there is a large south-facing balcony with balcony furniture and deck chairs (2). This balcony offers a very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the valley, the countryside, and the resort. Other amenities include an iron, hair dryer, and internet (WiFi, free). A reserved parking space n "Barcazi 4" (1 car) is available at the house.
