Property Summary  
Bili dvori is a single-family house with two storeys, situated in the hamlet of Čaporice, just 3 km from the centre of Trilj, Sinj, Croatia. The property enjoys a quiet and sunny position, and is located 35 km from the sea. It boasts several amenities such as a Swimming Pool, Yard, Internet Wifi, and Parking, making it an ideal vacation rental for those seeking a relaxing getaway.  
  
Outdoors  
The private property spans an impressive 2,000 square meters and is fully fenced. It features a lush lawn area of 600 square meters, along with an angular swimming pool (9 x 4 meters, 41 square meters, depth 150 cm) that is available seasonally from April 27 to September 28. The pool features an internal staircase for easy access. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower, a spacious terrace (120 square meters), a garden with furniture, a barbecue house, and a children's playground equipped with a swing.  
  
Other Information  
Within the house, you will find internet access and a table football setup for entertainment. The property also provides a washing machine for your convenience. Furthermore, six bicycles are available for guests to explore the surrounding areas. Parking is available on-site and can accommodate up to three cars.  
  
Distances and Attractions  
The house is conveniently located near various amenities and attractions. A shop and a restaurant are just 3 km away, while a pebble beach can be reached within 35 km. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy a course located 40 km from the property, and tennis courts are available 35 km away. For those interested in horseback riding, a stable is situated 3 km from the house. Walking paths and cycle lanes can be accessed directly from the property, at distances of 100 meters and 150 meters, respectively. Additionally, the nearby attraction of Rafting Cetina is only 3 km away, offering an exciting outdoor adventure.

Unit Layout  
You will find this 5-room house offers 120 square meters of living space spread across two levels with a south-facing position. On the main level, there is a living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen) and an exit leading to the terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower/WC on this floor. Upstairs, you'll find another living room with a sofabed (90 cm, length 190 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), and air conditioning. This living room has an exit leading to the balcony. Additionally, there are 2 rooms, each with a french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), and 1 room with a french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). A second shower/WC is located on this upper level.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation, you can enjoy a variety of amenities, including air conditioning, a washing machine, barbecue, dishwasher, satellite TV, microwave, and television. The property can accommodate a maximum capacity of 7 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  
  
Other Information  
The property also offers a balcony measuring 4 square meters and a 20 square meter terrace that is roofed. Outdoor furniture such as terrace furniture and 6 deck chairs are provided, allowing you to relax and take in the view of the swimming pool. For families with young children, a baby cot is available.
