Clean room with a great bed. The lobby looked very nice and the staff was great. My only issue was that someone knocked on the door at 1030 and we told them we were still there. Around 11 they started vacuuming right outside our door. Check out wasn't until 12.

Awful service. The room had a bad smell & they did nothing about it saying it’s because the AC hasn’t been running prior to check in. I requested an extra towel and they never brought it to my room. I’m expecting someone to reach out to me about this experience

The location was good right off the freeway. I appreciate the quiet ac unit. The renovations are needed but the use of cheap materials is not effective. The toilet kept getting clogged ( I had to get it plunged every day). The hooks in the bathroom were too cheap. no towel bars. The closet sliding ...
