The property offers plenty of space and amenities for a relaxing getaway. This beautiful home features three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two fully stocked kitchens (complete with pots, pans, and essentials), a finished basement, and a garage. Upstairs, you’ll find two queen bedrooms that share a bathroom, and a master bedroom with a king bed, jetted tub, and shower. All linens and towels are provided for your convenience. In the basement, there are full-size bunk beds and an additional king bed—please note that there is no bathroom in the basement. Enjoy the large front porch on the main level and make use of both a charcoal grill and gas grill during your stay. The property is lakefront, but please note: the house sits on a hill, and the dock and fire pit are located across a small, unmarked road. Guests have access to 2 kayaks, 1 canoe, and a paddleboard. At the covered dock (reserved exclusively for renters), you’ll also find a gas grill and a refrigerator. If you’re bringing a boat, the closest launch site is Little Milligan Boat Ramp. Boat rentals are available at Fish Springs Marina and Lakeshore Marina. Important notes: • If you’re visiting in the winter, a 4-wheel drive vehicle is strongly recommended. • The house is located about an hour from ski slopes. • Nightly rate: $425 • Security deposit: $200 • Cleaning fee: $200 • Pet fee: $200 (non-refundable; max 2 dogs under 60 lbs) This home accommodates up to 10 guests. Weddings and large events are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors—there is a no-wake zone in the cove. Heads up: There is no cell service or landline at the property. All we could hear were birds and a few fish jumping in the water. Carol is a great communicator and truly cares that her guests have everything they need. The master bed is super comfy and the kitchen is well equipped. Be ready for a steep curvy driveway. Very doable, but just a heads up for those who fear heights like me! The location of the house was perfect. We enjoyed using the kayaks, canoe and paddle board provided. We also rented a boat for one day to explore the lake and were able to easily dock it. Having a small refrigerator down by the dock was very convenient. We also enjoyed making snores at the fire pit. There was plenty of firewood available. The house was very clean and spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked. The front porch was the perfect spot for reading and enjoying our morning coffee while looking out at the lake. We loved being able to bring a boat to the dock provided . The upstairs bedroom facing the lake could really use some blinds , the sun beams in early in the morning with no curtains or blinds . We had two preteens staying in the downstairs area . I did not feel like the air conditioning was working properly in the downstairs area . It always seemed to be hot downstairs. We had 7 in our group and never felt crowded. The owners made us feel welcomed and were always available for questions and advice. This home is even more amazing than in the pictures. Owners are awesome, well taken care of. One word of advise is pick up food and supplies on your way in. We were a family group of 9, with ages ranging 7-73\. The lakefront access is exceptional with a large covered dock, kayaks, a canoe and paddle board. We used the lakefront fire pit, graciously furnished with Adirondack chairs and GOOD firewood several times. The location is remote, but we loved being at the end of a channel. ##### Nancy Wells S. Three separate dining tables and an awesome kitchen to cook for everybody. Extra bonus was a bird had laid her eggs in a nest behind a pillow on a chair on front porch. Love that nature was so close. The place is isolated and peaceful sitting on lakefront property. The house has everything you will need and the owners were just a text away if you had any questions or looking for a place to go out to eat. BEAUTIFUL just does not do it justy. ##### James G. After a wonderful week at this beautiful location I did not want to leave. The home and property are beautiful. Very peaceful location with beautiful view. We got much use of the kayaks, canoe, paddleboard and parked our boat at the private covered dock, and one day pontoon boat rental.
