The 2-family house "Alba e Robinia" is a modern property built in 2016 and situated at an altitude of 430 meters above sea level. It offers a yard, internet WiFi, parking facilities, and an installment plan for your convenience. Located in the district of Trezzone, this holiday rental is 3.3 km from the center of Gera Lario, providing a tranquil retreat while still being within proximity to nearby attractions.  
  
Outdoors  
Surrounded by a scenic slope, the property offers a picturesque outdoor setting. The nearby lake is just 3 km away, with both pebble and grass beaches available in Gera Lario for those seeking a refreshing dip or a relaxing day by the water.  
  
Other Information  
The property is accessed via a 3 km long motor access mountain road, adding to its secluded charm. While in a peaceful location, essential amenities are within reach, with a shop located 3.3 km away and a supermarket at a distance of 7 km.

The 3-room apartment is 50 square meters in size and located on the 1st floor, accessible via an exterior staircase. The bright and beautifully furnished upper floor comprises a living/dining room with a dining table and TV, leading out to a balcony. There is one bedroom with a double bed and access to the balcony, as well as another bedroom with a set of bunk beds (accommodating two individuals) and a pull-out bed. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment features a shower/WC, gas heating, balcony, roofed terrace with furniture and a barbecue area complete with deck chairs (2). It offers a beautiful panoramic view of the lake and mountains. Additional amenities include a washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds, and free WiFi internet access. One reserved parking space is available for your convenience. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and a maximum of 1 pet/dog is allowed.
