If you are staying in Oban you can book at the ferry terminal which includes a ferry to Mull, shuttle across Mull to the harbour to meet the tour boat. Remember to pack a lunch. Words cannot describe the experience of having a few hours seeing these beautiful birds so close up and so many. The photo shows one looking up watching a seagull glide across the cliff top. There are also fulmars and razorbills.
