Für die Reise mit zwei Kindern (0&4) war es passend. Im Kühlschrank war bei der Anreise ein kleiner Fleck, der aber einfach wegzuwischen war. Ansonsten war die Wohnung sauber. Das man natürlich bei diesem Ausblick von der Terrasse nicht gleich in eine Einkaufsmeile fällt, sondern natürlich ein paar Serpentinen nach oben fahren muss, sollte klar sein. Aber das Ergebnis lohnt sich. Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem drum und dran in der Küche erwartete uns und Nicole war eine super Hilfe am Telefon, um den Weg zur Wohnung zu finden. Für die „Kids“ war deutsches TV für die Abendgestaltung und WLAN natürlich wichtig, was super funktioniert hat. Gut 10 Minuten per Auto bergab erreicht man Limone, wo man das tägliche Urlaubsleben perfekt am Strand und in Shoppinggassen mit jeder Menge Restaurants genießen kann. Kleinigkeiten, was evtl fehlte (die ich mir jedoch jetzt aus den Fingern saugen müsste), wäre Jammern auf hohem Niceau 😉!!! Oct 29, 2018 #### Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, toll gelegen mit Potential nach oben Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr weit oben in den Felsen von Tremosine. Man hat einen ausreichend (für bis zu 4 Personen) großen Südbalkon mit Super-Blick auf den Gardasee. Die Einrichtung, ist ebenfalls ausreichend. Wir hatten innerhalb einer Woche mehrmals Probleme mit der Trinkwasserversorgung (normale Wasserversorgung bis tropfenweise Wasser aus dem Hahn). Einen Tag war sogar überhaupt kein Wasser für WC, Dusche usw. im Haus zu Verfügung. Vor Ort gab es keinerlei Unterstützung bei diesem Problem, so dass ich zur Selbsthilfe greifen musste!!! Oct 26, 2018 #### Wunderschöne Aussicht auf den See Im Großen und Ganzen ist die Ferienwohnung gut ausgestattet und ansprechend. Sie ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte ein bisschen mehr Pflege gebrauchen. Die Rolläden im Schlafzimmer rutschen durch und die Balkonmöbel waren leider nicht die vom Bild sondern einfache Liegen, wovon eine defekt war. Die Küche hat alles was man benötigt, jedoch konnte man nur 3 Kochplatten benutzen. Es gibt im Schlafzimmer einen großen Kleiderschrank und die Matratzen waren gut. Sinnvoll wäre, in der Wohnung einen Besen zu deponieren, damit man mal nach einer windigen Nacht den Balkon abfegen kann oder den Eingangsbereich sauber machen kann. Die Lage ist prima, die Luft dort oben ist angenehm frisch. Allerdings muss man sich auf 700 zu bewältigende Höhenmeter einstellen, d. h. man benötigt für die kurvige und steile Strecke von Limone bis oben ca. 15 - 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. ##### Astrid M. Die Verwaltung vor Ort ist ausgesprochen freundlich und kompetent. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt und ein echter Geheimtipp, wenn man Ruhe bevorzugt - man ist Abseits vom allgemeinen Touristenrummel am See. Die Auffahrt vom See ist für Autofahrer durchaus eine Herausforderung aber zu meistern. Wissen sollte man, dass man zum See und nach Limone ca. 15 Minuten Fahrzeit einplanen sollte. Jul 27, 2018 #### Untere Wohnung Bei der Ankunft war die Wohnung sehr schön sauber! Die Einrichtung ist zweck mäßig und für einen Familienurlaub völlig ausreichend. Kleinigkeiten, wie eine nicht funktionierende Tischlampe oder ein Wackelkontakt im Lichtschalter fallen da überhaupt nicht ins Gewicht. Der Kontakt zum Hausmeister war hervorragend. Die Aussicht ist überwältigend, der Kontakt zur Natur war einmalig. Wahrscheinlich einer der schönsten Ausblicke der ganzen Gegen im Norden des Gardasees den wir jeden Abend vom Balkon genießen konnten. Falls doch mal irgendwas fehlt oder nicht funktioniert wird sofort reagiert und der Hausmeister benachrichtigt. Also gibt's bei mir nichts zu beanstanden, ich würde dieses Quartier jederzeit wieder buchen wenn ich am Gardasee Urlaub mache und kann es jedem nur empfehlen. Jul 17, 2016 #### Erholung pur - bei unbeschreiblichem Ausblick Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Da bleiben keine Wünsche offen, wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend schön, Balsam für die Seele und lädt zum (längeren!!) Verweilen ein. Vermieter und Hausmeister waren bei Bedarf sofort erreichbar. Dafür nochmals vielen vielen Dank. Die reine Luft dort oben ist sehr wohltuend.
