Large, beautiful 2-family house "Nonna Grazia", 3 storeys. 2 apartments in the property. 600 m from the centre of Lenno, 28 km from the centre of Como, 36 km from the centre of Lugano, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, in the residential district, 650 m from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. 100 m long narrow motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 500 m, bar 600 m, bicycle rental 1 km, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "C10 (Como-Menaggio-Colico)" 600 m, railway station "Como" 28 km, ferry "Cadenabbia" 5 km, sandy beach "Lido di Lenno" 1 km pebble beach 900 m, grass beach "Lenno" 900 m. Marina, golf course (18 hole) 12 km, minigolf 9 km, children's playground 900 m. Nearby attractions: Villa Balbianello-Lenno, Villa Carlotta-Tremezzo, Bellagio, Varenna, Isola Comacina, Como. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ski Area Val Chiavenna, Madesimo, Livigno, Sankt Moritz (CH). Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Lugano. Hiking paths: Greenway del Lago di Como, San Benedetto in Val Perlana, Monte Galbiga. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. The owner has a dog. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise.
