Villa Vista Brentano Paradiso, a historical manor house from the 17th century, offers a semi-detached vacation rental in Mezzegra, Italy. With Internet Wifi, Parking, and Installment Plan available, this property provides comfortable accommodation above the hamlet of Bonzanigo, 850 meters from the center of Mezzegra.  
  
Outdoors  
The property is situated in an elevated position on a slope, 1 kilometer from the lake. A 40-meter stepped path with 15 steps leads to the house, while a communal covered parking area is located 60 meters away. Nearby outdoor attractions include walking paths from the house (100 meters), a children's playground (400 meters), and a grass beach at Parco Olivelli-Tremezzo (2 kilometers).

Please note that the property is not suitable for children under 4 years old, and part of the house is closed and unoccupied. The property comprises 3 apartments within the historical manor house.

The "Apartment Vista Paradiso" is a 3-room apartment with an area of 70 square meters, situated on the 3rd floor. It has been fully renovated in 2024 and features comfortable and beautiful furnishings. The open living/dining room boasts a panoramic window, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV, complete with air conditioning. There is a double bedroom equipped with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom includes a shower, bidet, and WC. Air conditioning and forced-air heating are provided, with heating available only from October 15th to April 15th. On the upper floor, there is a room with sloping ceilings, featuring 2 beds and a flat-screen TV with air conditioning. The floors are made of natural stone, offering a beautiful touch.

The "Apartment Vista Paradiso" offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient vacation. Air conditioning is provided throughout the apartment to keep you cool and comfortable.
