Stereden vor (starfish) is a fisherman's house built in 1923 and ideally located in Trébeurden, in the heart of the shopping and just 300 meters from the beach. We have renovated in 2013 using materials and quality furniture while taking care to respect the original architecture and charm. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 120 square meters on two floors, it offers a capacity of 8 people. On the ground floor there is a spacious and bright living room with kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, oak and pine floors are original. This part comprises two stacks, one of which is adapted to be used. A room with a double bed and a bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and toilet complete the ground floor. A wooden staircase leads to the three bedrooms and the bathroom floor. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, one with a baby bed, the third has two cots which can turn into a double bed. All rooms are equipped with plenty of storage (cabinets, wardrobe, drawers ...). An antique style bath cabinet bathroom, also equipped with a toilet. The cellar is accessible from outside or by a staircase from the kitchen. It is big enough to store bicycles, strollers and beach clothes, or to dry freshly laundered clothes in the washing machine and tumble dryer at your disposal. In the garden of about 300 square meters grow beautiful roses, camellias agapanthus and hydrangeas. Herbs (thyme, mint, parsley) planted in the old wash embellish your dishes. This small garden is facing south-east and is equipped with garden furniture (8 chairs), deck chairs (4) and a charcoal barbecue. A parking space is provided at the rear of the house. Surroundings: Stereden vor is ideally located 20 meters from the market place. Within a radius of 100 meters are the market, two bakeries, a hairdresser, two restaurants, two cafes, a supermarket (with an excellent choice of French wines), a pharmacy, the tourist office, two car parks. Pors Termen beach is 300 meters below. The harbor, beach Tresmeur (sailing school and boat rentals) and numerous restaurants are 800 meters away. The Intermarché and a cash machine are 1 km away. Tips: Gastronomic and local specialty restaurants (seafood, pancakes) feel free to ask us. Traditional market every Tuesday at Trébeurden and local market on Friday in summer. Beachcombing shells and clams (Goas beach Treiz). Bike rental at the tourist office. Cap Armor summer activities (information at the tourist office). Sailing school on the beach Tresmeur including rental sailboats, kayaks and windsurfers. Walks: coastal footpath to the tip of Bihit the castle and his father Trébeurden and the island Millau, the circuit of the megaliths and chapels in Trébeurden. The big island and its ornithological station or the coastal footpath with lighthouse and beach St Guirec Ploumanac'h. Boat tour of the seven islands, the island of Batz and Brehat. Visit the other villages of the pink granite coast: Trégastel, Ploumanac'h and Perros-Guirec. Market Trégastel (every Monday) and Lannion (every Thursday). The radome and Gallic village in Pleumeur-Bodou. Es liegt in einer Seitenstraße, die durchaus einiges an Verkehr aufweist, da hier ein beliebter Bäcker liegt und sie direkt den Marktplatz (Markt ist am Mittwoch) grenzt. Nur eben über die Straße zu diesem Biobäcker zu gehen, ist großartig! Zum Haus: Positiv Ein sehr schönes Haus und insbesondere das Erdgeschoss mit seiner großzügigen Aufteilung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Zudem haben wir uns sehr über das Spielgerät für den Strand und im Haus gefreut. Die Badewanne im Obergeschoss war ein großartiges plus. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut, insbesondere, dass es viel Geschirr gibt, fanden wir als Familie sehr angenehm. Verbesserungspotential: Der Backofen war sehr schmutzig! Es entsteht starker Rauch bei der Benutzung, die Bleche sind sehr fettig und dreckig. Bei Regen konnte ich in der Nacht hören, wie es vermutlich auf den Dachboden tropft. Diese Baustelle ist nach einem Sturm im letzten Jahr offenbar bekannt und sollte behoben werden. Die Fensterläden lassen sich zum Teil nicht schließen, weitere (Haustür und Erdgeschoss rechts) lösen sich zudem bei stärkerem Wind selbstständig von der Wand und klappern dann. Das ist in der Nacht störend. Der Grill sollte erneuert werden da eine Möglichkeit fehlt, die Hitze zu regulieren. Das zugehörige Teil ist offenbar dem Rost zum Opfer gefallen. ##### Stephan F. Sep 10, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Herrlicher Urlaub an der Côte Granit Rose Zu zweit mit Hund haben wir 12 Nächte in „Stereden vor“ verbracht und unseren diesjährigen Bretagne Urlaub (2023) in Trébeurden sehr genossen. Das alte Fischerhaus wurde 2013 sehr charmant modernisiert. Geschmackvoll und kommunikativ besonders der schöne offene Wohn-/Ess- und Küchenbereich im EG. Dem an sich modernen Duschbad würde inzwischen eine kleine Auffrischung gut tun. Im OG 3 weitere Schlafzimmer für bis zu 6 Personen plus Baby/Kleinkind im nostalgischen Kinderbett. Die Besitzer sind sehr großzügig, wir durften alles nutzen (Wäsche, Vorräte etc). Kleiner Garten, eingezäunt, mit 1 Parkplatz (weitere Parkplätze um die Ecke). Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in dem kleinen Badeort, die Bio Boulangerie schräg gegenüber und der Wochenmarkt gleich dahinter … himmlische Croissants, Baguettes und Tartes (unbedingt die Tartelette aux Abricots probieren!). In fünf Minuten ist man am Hafen bei diversen Restaurants. Besonders gut haben wir bei La Tourelle gegessen (unbedingt reservieren) und sind in den Genuss eines spektakulären Sonnenuntergangs über dem Sportboothafen gekommen. Hier auch ein schöner kleiner Strand, nur wenig weiter ein großzügiger langer Strand mit Promenade. Leider sind an beiden Stränden Hunde nicht erlaubt und es gibt auch keinen Strand für „mit Hund“, der ohne langen Fußmarsch erreichbar ist (aber per Auto in 3 Minuten). Für uns war Trébeurden trotzdem die perfekte Basis für Ausflüge zur Côte Granit Rose, nach Roscoff und mehr. Danke an Ghislaine und Gaëtan :)) ##### Sabine H. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr geräumig.es fehlt nicht es. Nach der freundlichen Begrüssung kann der Urlaub sofort beginnen. Intégralement rénovée, cette maison offre tout le charme d'une maison bretonne avec toutes les fonctionnalités pour passer un séjour agréable en famille. Rien ne manque (linge de maison, équipement de cuisine et de jardin). Idéalement située, la maison est à proximité de la place du marché et des commerces de proximité. It is a lovely light and comfortable house in a quiet village location, within walking distance from 2 lovely beaches. The village has a lovely quiet feel, with all the basic shops including a large supermarket, a few restaurants and a weekly market. We were fortunate to have some hot and sunny weather and had a wonderful holiday. The house is well equipped and our dog loved the small sunny garden. Séjour très agréable dans une maison confortable, bien tenue et idéalement située à Trébeurden. Les deux salles de bain sont un plus pour séjourner en famille, le jardin et ses camélias très agréable sous le soleil, la cheminée et le coin salon parfaits pour les journées fraîches. Correspond au descriptif. A proximité de la mer, dans une rue de traverse peu fréquentée par les voitures. Maison bien agencée et décoration intérieure moderne. Escalier, pour accéder au premier étage, un peu raide.
