You can expect a 4-room house with an area of 80 square meters that offers practical and cozy furnishings. The living room is equipped with a TV, hi-fi system, and DVD player, and it provides access to the terrace. There are two rooms, each with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and both rooms have an exit to the terrace. Additionally, there is another room with a bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and this room also has an exit to the terrace.

The open kitchen is well-equipped with various amenities, including one hot plate, an oven, a dishwasher, three gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It also features a bar and a dining table, and it provides access to the terrace. The property has a shower and a separate toilet. Electric heating is available for your comfort. Outside, you can enjoy two terraces with terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, two deck chairs, and a box-room.
