Outdoors, amenities include a pool house with barbecue, heated pool, children's paddling pool, pétanque, and table tennis. Owners reside on-site in a separate dwelling.



The estate is located at the gates of Carcassonne and its famous Medieval City between the towns of Trèbes and Villedubert, nestled in an environment surrounded by nature and vineyards.
