This brand new condo is within walking distance to all of downtown, from North Peak Brewing Company to the West, to The Cook\`s House to the East and Clinch Park and Marina to the north on the west arm of Grand Traverse Bay. Make yourself at home in an easy to access garden level unit. Only a few steps down...no need to lug your baggage up multiple flights of stairs. Unit includes SmartTV and SmartLock. The \`Jill\` Capri condo is a comfortable and stylish accommodation with a thoughtfully curated blend of vintage and contemporary inspired details. Enjoy an open concept living, dining and well-equipped kitchen area to prepare your own meals. There is one bedroom with a queen sized bed and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living area.
