Fees: $1.25/hour and overnight parking at no charge from 6 pm - 8 am FREE PARKING on residential streets south of Condo (PLEASE READ SIGNS AS THERE ARE RESTRICTIONS) The Neighborhood: Old Town is a part of downtown Traverse City. You can walk or bike to all the shops and restaurants, Clinch Park beach, marinas and more. Getting Around: Most of downtown is walkable from this location. Public transportation (BATA) has a free route (Bayline) in the city. Check out the BATA (Bay Area Transportation Authority) website for schedules.
