The grounds were kept up beautifully ,the pool was pristine and the beach was cleaned and raked daily. It was private, peaceful and quiet. There was a slight hiccup in communication prior to our arrival but once the manager figured out what was wrong he corrected it immediately. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. The interior of our unit was the disappointing part, although it was clean but other than the kitchen and the vinyl flooring throughout except for in the master bedroom there is carpet. It is in desperate need of a makeover. It's appearance makes you feel it's not clean.The kitchen had been updated but was missing many basic items necessary to use oven. It could use oven mitts, kitchen towels, measuring spoons, a couple cookie sheets, etc. The units balconies had not been cleared/cleaned of spider webs and the patio set needed wiping down.We would go back but not to this unit until it has been updated. ##### Jody S.
