Look no further than this conveniently located studio apartment. The Space: Guaranteed one parking spot, upon arrival you will take one flight of stairs to locate Suite 5\. Using the smart lock with your unique door code you will walk into this beautiful one-bedroom studio. This room features a queen size bed and a large smart TV. While this condo doesn't have a full kitchen you will still find it equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, a Keurig, and some K-cups to get your trip started on the right foot. There is also a small dining room table you can take meetings from or enjoy take-out from one of the many delicious restaurants nearby. This suite also has its own ensuite bathroom that has a luxury tile shower. The unit had everything we needed for a weekend trip. We appreciated the level of cleanliness and the thoughtful detail and organization of the room. The only downside we experienced was being able to hear our neighbors frequently throughout the night, but overall it was not that bad and I think just the result of an older building with not much soundproofing.But the unit itself was spotless, the kitchenette had everything we could need for a quick stay, the bathroom had good quality towels, and the host was responsive and accommodating. Nesting materials scattered all over the ground around the door. Carpet in the hallway is old and very dirty and decrepit. The small apartment was cute and no frills but nicely painted and very clean. Simple. Kitchen had 2 knives,2forks and 2 spoons. No hot plate. But there is a microwave. The bathroom is brand new.
