Welcome to “H Studio,” a pet-friendly, ground-floor condo in the heart of Traverse City. Perfect for couples or small families. With an open kitchen, Wi-Fi, laundry facility and car garage, this bright and thoughtfully designed studio offers everything you need for a comfortable stay close to all of TC’s best attractions — from Mission Peninsula wineries and local breweries to shopping, dining, and the beach. This studio can also be reserved together with the townhouse upstairs to accommodate up to 11 guests total — ideal for groups traveling together. We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and \`retired\` towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage. Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting. ☆☆ BEDROOM ☆☆ The open-concept living and sleeping area includes a Queen bed, twin sofa bed, and a full bathroom. A Pack & Play, toys, and children’s games are available for families, along with pet amenities for your furry friends. ☆☆ BATHROOM ☆☆ Enjoy a full bathroom with quality amenities and convenient access to on-site private laundry facilities. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM ☆☆ The open kitchen and living room create a bright, social space for relaxing or cooking together. The modern kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a blender, toaster, coffee station, and all cookware and dishes needed for easy meals. Bar seating for three at the island! High chair, kids’ utensils, and bowls included. Relax in the cozy living space featuring a Smart TV, books, toys, and a comfortable twin sofa that converts into an extra bed at night. Keep in mind that this is the ground floor of the building. There are other units above and next to this unit. Please be mindful of our neighbors by observing quite time after 10pm. Please be aware you may also hear noise from the neighboring units. ☆☆ PARKING ☆☆ Garage: Best for medium-size vehicles or smaller. Please inquiry with us if you are coming with a lager group\*\*\* \- Check-in/out: Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information. \- Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee. \- Security deposit: Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $250 on your card. Please turn off any electronics when you leave the house. Visitors & Noise: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 3 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED. Pets: Dogs are permitted in the house. Please declare your pets to us ahead of checking in and settle any pet related fees. Pets fees are $125 up to 2 pets. Please clean up after your fur friends and use the provided retired towels to clean your dogs. Please do not let your dogs venture into the neighbor’s yards during their walks. Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes. We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing makeup. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. It was adorable, and obvious that the hosts put a lot of thought into what guests might need- they thought of everything, from comfortable bedding to batteries, and supplies for pets! It was very clean and had all the amenities we could have asked for. The bed was very comfortable. I really liked that we had our own garage space (even though our van didn’t fit all the way, lol) and extra parking across from the rental. The owners were fast to respond to any questions we had during our stay. This rental is super close to the downtown shops and you are only about 20-30 min away from the wineries. Perfect location! This lovely studio was the perfect size for me and 2 kids (14 and 11). The kitchen had everything we needed to make the couple meals we had in. The rental company partners with stocked.com, so we were able to order groceries ahead of our arrival. The groceries had already arrived and were put away when we got there. Check in was a breeze, well detailed instructions, and the owners were always quick to answer questions. The location was perfect! Minutes from downtown, Mission Pointe (entry to the Peninsula), a grocery store, donuts, restaurants including Starbucks, and Bryant Beach. There were places to walk the dog, parking was easy, they even had a little ring holder near the shower. Such a small, but much appreciated detail. Extra everything too... Toilet paper, paper towels, towels... Thank you for a lovely stay!!! ##### Rebecca B. It’s the cutest studio apartment and had everything we needed. The decor is absolutely adorable, the setup and furniture are all very cozy, it was very clean, and the amenities will fulfill all your needs for a week long getaway. The location was great. Very close to downtown (we had neighbors that even walked to Front Street restaurants), but also 35 minutes from Sleeping Bear Dunes and 25 minutes to the point of Old Mission Peninsula. We did not need anything from the office, but they made themselves very available if we did. Highly recommend for two people (or even two people and a dog)! ##### Cara H. I recently had the pleasure of staying at H studio, and it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the level of cleanliness and the attention to detail. Admittedly I have been accused of having OCD, I clean every hotel room, every airplane seat, I clean my dog's paws after every trip outside, you get the idea. So when I say this place was clean, wow! 100/10 starts for the cleaning team! It was evident that the hosts take great pride in maintaining this cozy spot. The place was not only spotless but also tastefully decorated, creating a super warm vibe. The thoughtful little details throughout the space truly set it apart. From the well-stocked kitchen and bath to the laundry (awesome washer and dryer!) we were so happy and grateful to Krystle and Dana. We also loved the location, just a stone's throw away from the lake, the main shopping and dining area on Front St and the food trucks, huge bonus. We discovered some cool off the beaten path places like Common Good bakery close by (highly recommend). We can't thank the hosts enough for their impeccable attention to cleanliness, their thoughtful amenities, and the awesome location. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect getaway, and we can't wait to return in the future! ##### Katherine J. As a nurse who really needed some much needed time away to just take care of me for a change, I really appreciated it. I always bring cleaning supplies and anticipated having to go over everything but I never even opened my bottles! The moment we stepped in we could smell nothing but CLEAN!!! From the linens to even the dish towels we were beyond pleased. Everything was so well thought out for space and function but the overall design was simple, uncluttered and modern. The communication with the owner and management team was wonderful. They emailed me on our second day to see how our first night went and if we needed anything. Both of my parents have mobility issues but this place was perfect for them. Being able to take our little dog was the icing on top. We were so thankful this place was affordable for us and we wouldn't hesitate to return. It would even be perfect for traveling nurses. Overall, we felt pampered and like we were staying at a friends or relatives place that really cared. From the complimentary Kirkland coffee to the extra supplies of toothbrushes, etc. every little detail mattered and contributed to our amazing experience. Thank you!!! ##### Amy K.
