Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes. We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing makeup. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel. It was so convenient for our biking group of 5\. The elevator that accommodated taking our bikes to the second floor and the bike storage room by the elevator was perfect. The condo’s location right next to the bike path made it so easy to jump on the trails. Above all was the cleanliness and the communication with the managers. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with more gadgets, tools, and spices than my own kitchen. There were spare toiletries and plenty of extra towels and bedding. The pack-n-play and high chair were in great shape. The games and toys provided kept my 5 and 1 year old entertained when we got snowed in. In short, we lacked nothing during our stay. The location was perfect for us - so close to the library, a grocery store, downtown, and beaches and parks, but not right in the middle of it all. We also loved working with Dandan and Amanda. The guide to the condo and the area that they provided was so helpful and they were very responsive and attentive before, during, and after our stay.
