We used both bedrooms as well as the pullout. Full kitchen, everything was neat and clean. Parking was a bit tricky as the usual parking lot was closed due to repairs, but we were able to find street parking. Note that there is no body soap, shampoos or cream rinse provided. The location was good for walking to the water area and near shopping and restaurtants. What was a big surprise for us was there are 6 pickleball courts next door. We thought it was great since we were in town to play pickleball while visiting friends. This should probably be listed in the info as it would have been helpful. The condo is furnished nicely. All seems brand new. I will say I was disappointed with all the pillows and sheets. The pillows were the worst and impacted our sleep. Sheet are just low end and not great.
