Situated in the 'Old Town' area, it's just a short 5-minute walk to the vibrant downtown and beautiful beaches. This cozy garden level condo is surrounded by fantastic restaurants, bars, and breweries. \*All guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. The Space: Please be aware that this unit is located at ground level with 6 steps leading down to the unit door entrance. There is no elevator in the building. This charming unit features: Spacious bedroom with king bed Queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and drip coffee for a comfortable stay. Free parking in the small rear lot is 1st come 1st serve. This condo is 850 square feet. The Neighborhood: On Union Street, just a few blocks south of Front Street, you'll find TC’s Old Town district. This charming shopping area has a relaxed and casual vibe, with a variety of businesses including galleries, boutiques, home goods stores, salons, a local grocer (known for its excellent butcher counter), and a few eateries like Blue Tractor Cook Shop, where you can enjoy burgers, comfort food, and a refreshing post-shopping brew. Getting Around: \*\*Parking Updates – Effective February 1, 2025\*\* Due to new regulations imposed by the parking committee, we are no longer able to provide parking passes to our guests. Parking will be the responsibility of guests, with options including first come first serve lot, metered street parking and parking garages. Street Parking: Overnight Restrictions: No parking from 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM (Nov 16–Apr 14) on City streets. Towing enforced. Metered Parking: Enforced Mon-Sat, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (excluding holidays). Pay via ParkMobile app for convenience. Parking Garages (Recommended): Hardy Garage – 303 East State St. Hours: Mon-Sat: 7 AM – 12 AM, Sun: Varies (posted at entrance). A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500\.
