Your private patio provides a front seat view of the bay and sandy beach below. Natural light fills the open concept floor plan. Savor your morning coffee or evening wine from the private deck, while watching the waves on the bay. One bedroom, one bathroom, 850 square feet, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The Space: The Master Bedroom features a comfortable King bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. The Full Bathroom includes a jetted tub and a separate shower, along with laundry facilities for your convenience. Please note that the jetted tub is designed for two people and may not fill completely for single-person use due to the hot water heater capacity. The Living Room offers a pull-out sofa and a pull-out chair, providing additional sleeping space. It also features a cozy gas fireplace and a large-screen TV for streaming your favorite shows. Blackout curtains ensure a peaceful sleep, even for late risers. The unit boasts a fully equipped kitchen and a private deck overlooking the water. Guests can enjoy the provided beach towels and access the 300-foot private sandy beach with lounge chairs, or the newly-finished heated swimming pool and hot tub (available from Memorial Day to Labor Day). Please be aware that the Beachside Condos are situated on a busy road, and earplugs and sound machines are provided for your comfort. A public launch with watersports rentals is right next door! Rather pedal? Rent bicycles across the street and ride the paved TART trail into downtown. Or, downtown is a short drive , where you'll find great restaurants, bars, breweries, distilleries, shopping, movie theaters, live theater and all you could ask for from The Jewel of the North, Traverse City. A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500\. It was tasteful in every way, from the view from the balcony to the look of the fireplace. Just as important, there was real attention to detail. There was a box of tissues, for example, and filters for the coffee maker. This marked my first experience with 'no key' admission, and that process was flawless. My only suggestion is to point out that the entrance to this lovely condo complex is poorly marked, and that first timers like me will struggle to make the proper approach the first time... ##### Michael I. The only item to consider and it is mentioned by others, the road traffic sounds seep through to the bedroom. Coming in from California, we found Traverse City to be very friendly, with lots of great food options, and a vibrant downtown area. And yes, even the local wine was top notch! The beach (just steps from our condo) gave us ample ways to enjoy our visit... from jet skiing, to swimming, to laughing with other guests and enjoying the resident ducks. I’ve stayed at these condos twice this year, both units managed by the same property manager. They were both very clean and very nice! The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you’ll need to make a meal of any type. The bathroom was very clean and the large jacuzzi tub was perfection! The condo itself was nicely done and very well kept cozy. I had a great trip and the condo made me smile every time I walked back in to it. The condo was very clean with an amazing balcony view over the east TC bay. The listing says that it is not updated, but it didn't feel that way except for the bathroom which does need some updating. Otherwise it was perfect! The bed was very comfortable and we slept great. The listing says that it is right on 31, and you can hear the traffic, but we brought a portable fan which worked well. The host also left disposable ear plugs. We spent some time on the beach right outside the resort, in town shopping and eating, and also visited Sleeping Bear Dunes. This condo is a part of The Beach Condo Hotel and the outside of the resort was fairly run down and desperately needed some work, but the condo itself was very nice. We would give it a 100% rating but for a couple minor issues. The shower head was broken and we were unable to use the shower the first night. To the credit of the owner, it was fixed within 24 hours. The only other issue we had was feeling "nickled and dimed" when we dropped and broke a tumbler in the kitchen and we were surcharged $10! That seemed not only nit-pickey (especially in light of the broken shower head) but also a ridiculous amount of money for what looked like a Target-type drinking glass. Upon arrival the condo was accurate to the description and very clean. Both the beach and pool areas of this condo are really nice and well kept.
