Enjoy panoramic bay and beach views from your private patio. The open, light-filled layout creates a bright, inviting space. Sip coffee or unwind with a glass of wine while listening to the waves. With one bedroom, one bathroom, 850 sq ft, a fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit laundry, it offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The Space: The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the bathroom includes a jetted tub, a separate shower, and in-unit laundry for added convenience. \*Please note that the jetted tub is designed for two-person use but cannot be fully filled for single-person use due to the hot water heater size. The living room offers a cozy atmosphere with a large-screen TV for streaming services. It also includes a pull-out sofa, providing additional sleeping space for up to 2 guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meal preparation, and the private deck offers stunning water views. \*\*\* So you know - The Beachside Condos are located on a busy road. Earplugs and sound machines are provided.\*\*\* When you're ready to enjoy the outdoors, grab the provided beach towels and head to the 300-foot private sandy beach, complete with lounge chairs.
