### Beachside 214 Luxury Condo on the Beach

Summary:  
This stunningly renovated second-floor beachfront condo offers an unbeatable location right on the sparkling shores of East Grand Traverse Bay. Enjoy breathtaking views of the bay and sandy beach from your private patio. The open-concept layout is bathed in natural light, creating an inviting space to unwind. Start your day with coffee or end it with a glass of wine on your private deck, all while soaking in the serene sights of the waves. With one bedroom, one bathroom, 850 square feet, a fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit laundry, this condo combines style and convenience for the ultimate retreat.  
  
The Space:  
The bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen Smart TV with streaming service.  
Large bathroom with a newly renovated shower.  
  
The living room has a large flat screen Smart TV with streaming service, the sofa in the living room pulls out creating additional sleeping space for two more people.  
  
When you are ready to head outside, grab the beach towels provided and enjoy the 300-foot private sandy beach with lounge chairs, or the newly-finished heated swimming pool and hot tub (available Memorial Day to Labor Day).

Public water access and boat launch with watersports rental right next door!  
Rather pedal? Rent bicycles across the street and ride the paved TART trail into downtown,  
which is also just a short drive down the road by car. You'll find all kinds of dining options, shopping and entertainment. Nearby are wineries, breweries, distilleries. Hiking trails galore, beachcombing and stargazing are all a part of the Upnorth experience, and all are close at hand.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.  
  
A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.  
  
High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional charge.  
  
There is one parking space allowed per condo.  
  
There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.  
  
If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
