I was very disappointed and frustrated with the agent that was handling the property. I addressed couple issues, he responded quickly but never followed through. Hot water in the property will only accommodate up to 2 people and water will get really cold. The agent supposedly he reached out to property management but no one ever showed up. I was so upset, we had to wait several hours each time for all 5 people to be able to shower. We spent 3 nights in winter. My husband and I met another couple there.The locations was great and clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and the hot tubs were clean. Only inconvenience was the parking. In the winter we were able to find a parking sace at the nearby hotel and they let us park there.
