With two cozy bedrooms, each boasting a queen-sized bed, plus a delightful sleeping loft featuring two twin beds, our Trailside Townhouse offers a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of Traverse City! THE SPACE: Rest comfortably in two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus a sleeping loft with two twin beds, complete with provided bed linens and bath towels. The full-size kitchen is well-stocked and includes spices, condiments, pots, and pans for your cooking convenience. An in-unit washer and dryer are available with the essential supplies. One dedicated parking spot is available in the garage, with space for another vehicle right behind it. Street parking is also available in the summer months. ACCESS: Convenience and security are paramount, with smart locks granting easy access to the house. Guests have access to the full townhouse and the attached one-car garage. The driveway off the garage provides room for a second vehicle. We remain readily available to you throughout your stay via VRBO messaging, with an average response rate of under 1 hour. Perfect for a family of four (two young adult children). The interior seemed updated, fresh, clean, and extremely comfortable. The owners thought of everything to make this cozy home extra relaxing. Plus, the location was terrific. We rented bikes from the bike store right around the corner and could easily ride bikes to downtown Traverse City, beaches, marinas, restaurants, and beautiful trails. This was one of the best VRBO properties I have stayed in. Pictures accurately represent the property although it is smaller than it appears in pictures. Very clean and the best amenities I’ve seen in a rental property - coffee, sugar, creamers, plenty of paper products and cleaning supplies, a detailed book that provided all the information we needed for the property was greatly appreciated. There is no shortage of activities to enjoy from this location. We kayaked Boardman Lake, rode the TART trail system with rented bikes from next door and were able to get just about anywhere with our bicycles including Front St. We had my 60s aged parents as well as my tween and teenage children. All were able to easily enjoy the ride and fun! It is also close to the Filling Station, which is a fun hang out and delicious dinner. The property itself was one of the cleanest that I have stayed in all of my years of renting on VRBO. Carrie literally thought of everything you would need and supplied it. Beds were comfortable and the kids area/loft was adorable. Thank you for your generosity! I would highly recommend this condo for a stay in TC! ##### Heather H. Some places only have 1 which isn’t as comfortable when you have more than 2 people. Well-stocked which we appreciated! Just a few minutes drive to downtown Traverse City.
