This bright third floor unit is a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring all the restaurants and shops. CitySide Lofts is centrally located in between East and West bay with access to beautiful parks and beaches. The Space: Walk into our master bedroom that has a king size bed, flat screen tv, and a walk in closet to fit all of your belongings (or new purchases). The master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom, stocked with toiletry essentials. The guest bedroom has a queen bed along with a flat screen tv. Don't worry if you decide to extend your stay, each unit comes with their own washer and dryer along with basic laundry supplies. \*\*Pack 'n Play and high chair available upon request\*\* All of our smart TVs feature streaming capabilities only. Please feel free to access your own streaming service accounts while at CitySide Lofts. In the living room you will find a sleeper sofa along with a large flat screen tv. CitySide Lofts is just a few blocks away from downtown, known for their delicious restaurants. If you choose to stay in for a night, the kitchen is stocked with all the kitchen essentials (utensils, basic cookware, dishes, keurig). A few K-cups will be provided to get your vacation started on the right foot. \*\*Each unit has one dedicated parking spot in our lot. Your unit number will match your space number. \*\*Please keep in mind that our condo is located within the city, on a high traffic road. This is perfect for walking to local attractions, but keep in mind that street noise should be expected. \*\*\*If you are staying for more than 14 days we REQUIRE a mid-stay clean, the fee is $70 and it can be scheduled after your booking. The charge will be separate from the cleaning fee and we will send it over through the airbnb resolutions center after the mid-stay clean. Please note that these units are dog friendly with a maximum of two dogs allowed. We try our best to keep hair allergens away but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. There is a $120 pet fee per booking. Please let us know if you plan on bringing your furry friend. Please read the following rules if you plan to bring a dog or two with you on vacation. Please clean up after your furry friend, nobody likes stepping in poo. Supervise your pet at all times and make sure they are kept on a leash if necessary. Please bring your pet with you if you leave the condo. If you are unable to do so please make sure they are kept in a crate. Please respect the neighbors and keep the barking to a level zero as best as you can. If possible please do not allow your pets on the furniture unless you bring an extra sheet or towel for them to lay on. (This goes for the bed as well.) It is always a great idea to carry your pet vet records incase of an emergency. Please report any damages immediately. Most importantly we are so excited to host you and your furry friend! The Neighborhood: Tremendous location within walking distance of downtown Traverse City, with all the delightful restaurants and shops. City Side Lofts is centrally located between East and West bays, in a neighborhood with access to beautiful parks and beaches. Please keep in mind that our condo is located within the city, on a high traffic road. This is perfect for walking to local attractions, but keep in mind that some street noise should be expected. Getting Around: Easy access to downtown which is less than half mile away. Easy to get to the beaches and popular food spots. Head east for more food options, Dairy Queen, Putt Putt Golf, and Holiday Hills. Lots of things within a walk or short drive, including a very nice beach park about 10 min away. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. And the roof top sitting area is terrific for the evenings. There are charcoal grills outside by the parking area. We did leave our remaining bag of charcoal there, for future renters. Overall, we would certainly stay there again.However, there is very limited parking. Only one space for unit and NO extra spaces in the lot. We were informed of this, but did not realize what a challenge it might be. The lots suggested were each about a mile away and one of them was a paid parking lot (not expensive, but still an extra 20). This is not convenient if you have anything to carry. You have to swing by, drop it off, and then go park and walk back or have your other vehicle follow along and bring you back. We were warned that parking in the adjacent lot (which is completely empty after 5 pm and on the weekend) could result in towing (so we did not risk it). Perhaps an agreement could be reached?There is no elevator, which for us is not an issue, but it could be for some renters. We did have a unit on the third (and top) floor.And the wifi did have some issues with reaching all the rooms or "cutting in and out". The host was extremely receptive to addressing that and hopefully has corrected the problem for the future. ##### Paige W. It was conveniently located, clean, a lot of space (we each had our own bedroom and bathroom) and reasonably priced. The check-in and check-out were a breeze!! The owner communicated well and quickly. My only recommendations would be to have something in the tub to keep you from sliding when you get in (I slid a bit) and it would be nice to have a bottle of water for each person upon arrival. Just like the description says, there’s no cable so remember to bring your log ins if you want to watch TV. The photos look like you are steps from the main shopping area, but it’s actually at the other end of front street so it’s a bit of a walk.Communication was excellent with management company. I loved my stay in Traverse City - the location was very close to downtown and lots of wineries. We usually drove downtown but did walk to the food trucks one night and it was maybe a 15 minute walk. Condo layout was great, wifi was a little spotty logging in at first but eventually got in. Clean and comfortable. A little noisy one night from the road and other properties but earplugs were provided if needed and I slept just fine. Would stay here again! ##### Sarah F.
