"Les photos mises en avant sur le site ne correspondaient pas à la chambre que nous avons eu. C'était tout petit, nous avions du mal à nous glisser autour de la table. Pour faire la vaisselle, il fallait se pencher sur la gauche pour ne pas se cogner à l'angle de la hotte. Le 2ème lit n'était pas fait et nous n'avons pas eu de ménage de la semaine. Globalement, l'hôtel est dans la zone très animée 24h / 24h. Le simple vitrage des fenêtres n'empêche pas les bruits d'entrer. Sans parler des bruits des voisins, et du nettoyage quotidien des rues à 6 heures du matin Pour la salle de bain, nous avons évité de trop utiliser le robinet mal fixé, de peur qu'il nous reste dans les mains. A noter la présence de fourmis dans cette pièce. Bref, notre déception est grande par rapport aux photos de présentation du logement. Par contre nous avons adoré la ville de Prato. Les déplacements très pratiques par le train jusqu'à Florence, la situation de l'hôtel est centrale. Un bon point pour la présence d'une machine à laver fonctionnelle, et des sèches linges dans la cage d'escalier. Nous n'avons pas compris l'intérêt de la porte blindée qu'il ne fallait pas fermer. Il y avait derrière l'accès à 2 appartements dont le notre, comme si l'appartement d'origine avait été divisé en 2\. "
