It is connected to the main house, shares an atrium with the residents and presumably those in the RVs on the other side of the home. The hosts were friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond. We enjoyed sitting outside by the pond listening to turkeys (I think) in the distance and enjoying the quiet and calm away from the city. Everything was comfortable and clean.
