If any pets/animals are at the property, you will be asked to remove the animal. If pet/animal remains or damages are detected after your check-out (including but not limited to excrement, animal hair/fur, animal smell, chew/claw marks, etc.) we will request additional money for cleaning and repairs and/or file a claim against you for damages. GUESTS ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of harm arising from their use of the property.
