The artistic architecture is embellished by curated gardens, a delightful palm lined  
avenue, a bowls green and gardens that meander gently down to the lake.

The ornate entrance and period stairwell are complimented by the  
timeless atmosphere of the gentleman’s parlour.   
The neighbouring dining room is graced with an elegant marble table top and embroidered chair, while the  
adjacent sunroom welcomes the warmth inside from the stained-glass windows.   
With five elegant matrimonial bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 4 bathrooms are located over two floors several of which host balconies with outstanding views.   
A further bathroom and a sunny kitchen rest on the ground level.   
An elevator in the entrance hall gives assistance to the upper floors.  
Two fold up beds are available upon request (suitable for children / young teenagers) (Each one would be added a different matrimonial bedroom).  
  
Hidden in ornate gardens surrounded by tall hedges  
this marvellous residence hosts a position of ease and  
convenience for discovering the jewels of the Lake Maggiore Territory.  
Enjoy a helicopter ride to Milan, or a week of golfing at the numerous

The main road access brings you directly to the electric gates which open into a curved driveway. There is space enough for three cars. Villa Evelina sits amidst wonderful mature gardens and offers complete privacy.
