This villa is an elegant property located in Trappeto, a lovely seaside town overlooking the charming Castellammare Gulf.\_x000D\_  
The villa extends over one floor. You enter the living area, consisting of a large and bright living room, modernly furnished and overlooking the terrace and the private pool. The living area comprises a fully equipped and cheerful kitchen.\_x000D\_

The sleeping area is made up of four bedrooms: three double bedrooms and one with two single beds. Three of them have private bathrooms with a shower. A common bathroom with a shower is at guests’ disposal. All the rooms are equipped with AC. The outdoors, adorned with a tended garden and Typical Mediterranean plants, consists of a solarium area with a private pool, barbecue, and outdoor shower.\_x000D\_

A large veranda, facing the pool, is the ideal spot for nice and tasty en plein air meals and for enjoying a stunning view of the surrounding countryside.\_x000D\_
