Appartamento Anice A is located on the fourth floor of a five story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building by way of an elevator. You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Anice A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, using a valet service. The pick up/drop off point is located at approximately 150 meters (165 yards). The service is available from 7.30 am to 11 pm. Please kindly note. Laundry room A laundry room is on the ground floor. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex. Please note that the laundry service is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally. Terrace The terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs, as well as with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella.
